Extremely difficult to produce, the Titanium Aluminum Nitrate coating is state of the art technology

The TRAXION S Fork Stanchion tubes are coated with TiAlN, a high-performance material known for exceptional hardness and thermal stability. This cutting-edge coating has a blue colour and delivers performance benefits where it matters most;

Optimized fluid dynamics

Patented TRAXION Valves

Standard with all TRAXION fork models. Our patented Waffle piston is designed using the latest GFD-Algorithms and boundary layer optimization. The waffle dimples increases flow, this improves the compression and rebound curves. What that means for the rider is smooth and progressive feel throughout the travel with no harsh sections, giving riders supple top end feel, while maintaining support throughout the stroke.

Optimized Rubber Compound

Making the perfect compound is no easy task, you must consider the temperature, weather and longevity of the materials. Pure racing have developed our own rubber compound to insure no leaks and long lasting exceptional performance.

  • Excellent sealing even under extreme temperature and weather changes. Tested to -22°F / -30°C rubber remains compliant.
  • Combined with Pure Racing 7W Oil the seals perform with extremely low friction resistance for butter smooth motion.
  • Machine and Rider tested for reliable oil circulation stability over tens of thousands damping cycles.

Long service life of 50 -80 hours.
