PURE Racing – Order Cancellation Policy

Customer Orders (Direct Website)

  • Orders can be cancelled at no charge if the request is received before the order has shipped.
  • Once an order has been shipped, it may no longer be cancelled. In this case, you may return the product in line with our [Returns Policy].
  • Refunds for cancelled orders are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Pre-Orders & Backorders

  • Pre-orders and backorders may be cancelled at any time before shipping for a full refund.

Shopify Collective Retailer Orders

  • Retailers may request cancellation of an order up until the time it has been marked as fulfilled.
  • Once an order has been shipped, cancellations are no longer possible. Retailers may instead request a return according to our [Returns Policy].
  • Refunds are issued to the retailer (not the end-customer) within 5–10 business days of cancellation approval.

Exceptions

  • We reserve the right to cancel and fully refund any order that cannot be fulfilled due to stock availability, shipping restrictions, or payment issues.
