PURE Racing – Shipping & Delivery Policy
Processing & Handling Time
- All in-stock orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Mon–Sat, CST/GMT+8).
- Pre-orders or backorders will be shipped after inspection, then handled as in-stock orders.
- Orders placed through Shopify Collective are prioritized and processed within 2 business days.
Shipping Origin
All orders are shipped from our warehouse in China, using YUN Express, FedEx, or DHL.
Shipping Times & Rates
- United States: 7–15 business days (standard), 6–9 business days (express). Free shipping on orders over $60.
- European Union: 7–15 business days (standard), 6–9 business days (express). Duties & VAT prepaid (DDP).
- Rest of World: 7–15 business days (standard), 6–9 business days (express). Duties & taxes prepaid where available.
- Some destinations (e.g. Canada, New Zealand) may have higher rates. Full details shown at checkout.
Customs & Duties
For most destinations, duties and taxes are included (DDP). If we are unable to prepay local charges, your customs office may contact you directly. Please ensure checkout details are accurate to avoid delays.
Tracking
A tracking number will be emailed once your order is shipped. Occasionally, tracking updates may be delayed depending on carrier.
Multiple Packages
To ensure fast delivery, items from the same order may ship in multiple packages. For Shopify Collective retailer orders, we aim to consolidate shipments whenever possible.
Returns & Exchanges
- For defective, damaged, or incorrect items: PURE Racing covers the cost of return shipping.
- For all other returns (e.g. change of mind): the customer is responsible for return shipping.
- All returns must be sent to the warehouse of origin. See our [Returns Policy] for full details.
Retailer Orders (Shopify Collective)
When fulfilling orders placed through Shopify Collective:
- PURE Racing ships directly to the end customer on behalf of the retailer.
- No marketing inserts, promotional materials, or non-neutral branding will be included.
- Tracking information is shared with the retailer for customer communication.
